Unacceptable. Their size chart is worth nothing. More than 10 cm discrepancies and errors in reality and between what is described. Even if you write them a message or dispute, their answer is to make it with the tailor. For me, the return shipping price is two-thirds the price of the product.If you will in a similar situation than me, your wasted money won't be reimbursed if you buy something again then you will get the next product 15 percent discount. IF YOU BUY SOMETHING FROM THEY AGAIN. (Disgusting marketing trick ..) If I had chosen a smaller size than my own, they would still have been sent much bigger, what is useless to me.. And the tailor's price too expensive to he's correct THEIR MISTAKE FOR THEIR WRONG Descriptions. Not to mention that you give the tailor an impossible task because they were sent so much bigger than his description. They show nothing empathy to buyer.
